Job Summary
Oversee daily returns of customer PCs, diagnose desktops/laptops to OEM specs, manage inventory reporting, oversee shipping/receiving, inspect and store inventory, coordinate material transfers, perform regular cycle counts, and collaborate across departments to improve warehouse efficiency while adhering to safety policies. Requires PC hardware knowledge, Excel skills, strong communication, and 3+ years in warehouse leadership; on-site in Plano, TX with citizenship requirement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Demonstrated competencies in performing accurate physical inventory counts
- Knowledge of PC hardware and PC components
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines in an environment with changing priorities
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems
- Clean and current driver’s license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet the entire shift
- U.S. citizenship is required
