Job Summary
Receive and unload inbound shipments of fresh produce and warehouse supplies, verifying counts and quality against purchase orders. Inspect goods for damage or spoilage, report discrepancies, and use equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts to move and store inventory. Label, stage, and organize products in designated locations while maintaining accurate records in warehouse management systems. Follow food safety and warehouse safety procedures, keeping receiving areas clean and organized. Perform general warehouse duties as needed. Work 10-hour shifts starting at 6:00 or 7:00 AM on various days.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift 35–50 lbs frequently during the shift
- Comfortable working in a cool warehouse environment (approximately 35–50°F)
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to pass required background and pre-employment screenings
