Job Summary
Process receiving and shipping transactions in NetSuite, generate shipping documents, and maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits. Pick, pack, and ship customer orders while loading and unloading trucks safely, and stage products for storage. Coordinate inbound and outbound freight by scheduling shipments, communicating with carriers, and tracking deliveries to resolve issues. Ensure all warehouse transactions and freight documentation are completed accurately and on time while maintaining a clean, organized environment. Requires 2+ years of warehouse experience, NetSuite proficiency, and forklift certification. Full-time role in Worcester with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory control experience
- Experience using NetSuite ERP/WMS or similar for inventory and warehouse transactions
- Strong understanding of freight operations, shipping documentation, and carrier coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the day
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience
- Experience with LTL, FTL, parcel, and common carrier shipments
- Knowledge of inventory control processes, cycle counting, and warehouse KPIs
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
- Highly organized and detail-driven
- Comfortable balancing warehouse work with administrative responsibilities
- Proactive in identifying and solving problems
- Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented
- Must be located in one of the 50 states of the United States or Washington DC
