Job Summary
Assists Shipping/Receiving and Parts Distribution departments with shipping guitars, receiving supplies, stocking, inventory control, loading, and distributing throughout the factory and office areas. Uses counting scales to measure hardware, fills and delivers kits for production departments, and informs supervisors when supplies are low. Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift equipment to unload trucks, load materials, and perform inventory cycle counts for guitars and parts. Scans, cases, and boxes completed guitars from Final Assembly while adhering to correct shipping and receiving procedures. Works Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM in the Logistics department.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- One-year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to qualify to drive a company vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record for company insurance coverage
- Ability to climb and descend a ladder with materials and pulling, pushing, or lifting up to 45 lbs
