Job Summary
Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and process receipts within Receiving systems. Label and store inventory in designated locations, conduct cycle counts and audits, and investigate discrepancies. Pick, stage, and distribute materials for construction projects and manufacturing work orders while coordinating urgent requirements with project teams. Maintain clean, organized storage locations and ensure proper material handling practices. Follow all OSHA safety requirements, report hazards immediately, and assist with annual physical inventory counts. Maintain accurate inventory records and transaction history to ensure smooth material movement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material management experience
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
- Experience using inventory management, or warehouse systems
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to lift, organize, and move warehouse materials safely
- Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to work effectively with field operations and manufacturing personnel
Desired Qualifications
- Electrical construction industry experience
- Manufacturing inventory experience
- Forklift certification
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
- Technical understanding of electrical materials and components
- Experience in Warehouse ERP management systems
