Job Summary
Handle incoming/outgoing rental equipment and manage stock with allocations and system updates. Lead order-status communication, perform quality control checks, label goods, assist shipping/receiving including Hazmat Shipping Certification, conduct daily cycle counts, and resolve internal/external customer problems. Serve as the point of contact for drivers returning equipment, support the Operations team to confirm complete orders for delivery or shipment, and maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. Requires strong MS Office skills, problem solving, clear communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to use scanners/PCs to track inventory and orders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to use PCs and scanners
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and able to work independently/team
