Job Summary
Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately, maintain inventory records, and enter material movements in the inventory management system. Coordinate with forklift operators to stage and ship materials, verify inbound deliveries against purchase orders, and prepare labels and Bills of Lading. Manage the inbound process for bulk tankers and report discrepancies while following all safety, food safety, and GMP policies. Work the 5 pm to 5:30 am shift from Wednesday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work in cold, hot, or fast-paced production and warehouse environments, both indoors and outdoors as needed throughout the shift
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in a warehouse or transportation role
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP, WMS, and TMS software
- Understanding of warehouse safety and food safety procedures
