Job Summary
Warehouse Associate (First Shift 5:00 am – 2:00 pm) responsible for receiving, storing, selecting, and distributing food service products in the warehouse. Reads orders, work orders, shipping documents, and requisitions to determine required items; picks customer orders accurately and prepares them for shipment; verifies order accuracy before delivery. Works in freezer environments up to 0°F. Must have a High School diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), at least one year of warehouse experience, knowledge of warehouse processes, reach truck experience, and the ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
- At least one year of previous experience in warehouse environments
- Working knowledge of warehouse processes
- Prior warehouse experience, preferably in a food distribution environment
- Reach truck experience
- Strong attendance record
- Able to lift 50 pounds repetitively
