Job Summary
Second-shift Warehouse role handling receiving, storage, and distribution of food service products in a multi-temperature facility; responsibilities include receiving and verifying inbound vendor orders, moving materials from receiving to storage or shipping, organizing items on racks by size, type, style, color, or product code, developing inventory knowledge, ensuring accessibility and safety for staff and customers, and labeling materials with identifiers. Requires at least one year of warehouse experience, ability to work in ambient and refrigerated environments, knowledge of warehouse processes, reach truck and forklift experience preferred, and a strong attendance record.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience
- At least one year of previous experience in warehouse environments
- Ability to work in an ambient and refrigerated environment (90 to 0 degrees)
- Working knowledge of warehouse processes
- Prior warehouse experience, preferably in a food distribution environment
- Reach truck experience
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong attendance record
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
