Job Summary
Inspect and verify the quantity, quality, and condition of outgoing goods while checking shipping documents against physical items. Document discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or excess items and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure correct items are picked and packed for shipping. Assist with periodic cycle counts and full physical inventories, operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks, and report any irregularities to the supervisor. Follow all safety and security procedures. Requires high school diploma, previous warehouse experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible shifts including nights and weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed
