Job Summary
Pick, pack, ship, and receive orders accurately while ensuring product quality, quantity, and labeling match customer specifications. Operate forklifts and manual pallet jacks to load, unload, and stock freight safely. Complete required documentation for process tracking and movement. Drive a standard van for occasional local pickups and deliveries. Maintain a clean working environment and follow all safety and compliance guidelines. Collaborate with drivers and office personnel to support additional functions and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves handling inbound and outbound freight, including air, land, sea, and express packages, within a noisy warehouse environment subject to varying temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 2 years department or industry experience
- At least 1 year experience with air cargo handling
- 1 year experience of safe forklift operations experience
- Valid Class C driver's license
- High School Diploma, equivalency certificate or significant relevant or appropriate working experience
- Basic computer skills for processing warehouse documentation
