Job Summary
Dispatch orders using warehouse systems to fulfill and ship customer requests while picking items via trolley and navigating the facility with a handheld device. Perform quality control checks to maintain accuracy, process returns, handle stock replenishment, and manage repetitive tasks in a high-volume environment. Shifts run 7am to 8pm Monday through Sunday, varying between three and eight hours, with no prior experience required. Exceptional performers may stay on beyond the sale period.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- A proactive mindset with the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Computer literacy and confidence using handheld devices
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in online fashion and the e-commerce industry
- The shifts will be between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday
- Shifts will vary between 3 - 8 hour shifts
- This is a hands-on role, so you'll be on your feet and moving throughout your shift
