Job Summary
Warehouse associate across multiple roles (Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, Custodian) in Staples World Class Supply Chain team; responsibilities include picking and preparing customer orders accurately and timely, scanning labels, restocking shelves, moving totes/cases onto a conveyor, cleaning and basic maintenance, and adhering to safety procedures. The role may be moved into any of the four positions as needed. Must count and use basic arithmetic, work well with colleagues, and follow safety guidelines in a warehouse with seasonal temperature variations. Requires 18+ years old, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, wear safety shoes, and work 10:30am–7:00pm (2nd shift) as a Full-Time associate. Includes pay of $22.25/hour (includes $1.00/hour shift differential), with benefits such as PTO, holidays, discounts, and 401(k). Staples emphasizes safety culture and inclusive collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work assigned schedule and be accountable for assigned tasks
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Basic English language skills (verbal and written Communications)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull or carry product up to 70 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
