Job Summary
Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks to pick, move, and unload products weighing up to 100 lbs while adhering to strict safety procedures. Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties inside and outside the facility. Confirm product accuracy, address discrepancies, and manually unload trucks and palletize orders. Match item quantities to packing slips for returns and tag returned product appropriately. Work in a fast-paced environment lifting boxes between 70 and 100 pounds, walking and standing 100% of the time, and working at heights up to 60 feet. Schedule runs 12:00pm to 8:30pm Monday through Friday with potential overtime. Earn additional compensation by meeting productivity thresholds.
Required Qualifications
- An ability to be Material Handling Equipment Operator certified and safely operate necessary material handling equipment
- Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally
- Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications)
- If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed
- An ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- An ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
- You must be at least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack and cherry picker
