Job Summary
Operate material handling equipment like forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to pick, move, and stack products up to 100 lbs while adhering to safety procedures. Perform general cleaning, maintenance, and receiving duties including confirming product accuracy, addressing discrepancies, and manually unloading trucks. Organize, shrink-wrap, and load customer orders onto pallets, then match item quantities to packing slips for returned goods. Work in a fast-paced environment lifting boxes weighing 70 to 100 pounds and standing or walking 100% of the time. Shift runs 12:00pm to 8:30pm Monday through Friday with potential overtime based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- An ability to be Material Handling Equipment Operator certified and safely operate necessary material handling equipment
- Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally
- Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications)
- If you are hired as a Full-Time associate, must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed
- An ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- An ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
- You must be at least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack and cherry picker
