Job Summary
Ship, receive, and pull orders while packing parts and entering data. Coordinate and maintain branch inventory, provide prompt customer service at the pick-up counter and over the phone, and assist sales representatives with administrative support. Perform daily cleanliness tasks and adhere to lifting restrictions while operating across all warehouse departments. This Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm shift supports Terminal Supply Company's MRO distribution for truck, trailer, and heavy equipment repair, specializing in terminals, wire, electrical components, and custom cable assemblies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to help in all departments of the Warehouse - shipping, receiving, order pulling, and packing parts
- Provide prompt, friendly customer service at the pick-up counter and over the phones
- Coordinate and maintain inventory for the Branch
- Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives
- Comply with lifting restrictions
- Maintain daily cleanliness of the Branch
