Job Summary
Load and unload trucks, organize and rotate inventory in coolers, and assist with monthly inventory reconciliation. Move product using material handling equipment, assemble and stage orders for sales routes, and ensure documentation is processed correctly. Clean the warehouse and cooler to maintain a safe environment while handling loads up to 75 pounds. Work full shifts in a cold environment of approximately 34°F. Fluent in Spanish required; English fluency preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- 2 years warehouse experience
- Fluent in Spanish
- Able to stand for a full shift of at least 8 hours
- Able to climb up/down, in/out of truck body
- Can repeatedly lift and move 30 pound boxes/buckets on/off shelves or cart/hand-truck
- Can repeatedly turn, twist, kneel, stoop, stand, rotate, bend, push or pull to move 30 pounds
- Able to repeatedly move 75 pound load on a cart/hand-truck without assistance
- Able to work in a cold environment of approximately 34 F for prolonged periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Experience and certification with materials handling equipment, including but not limited to, pallet jack and forklift
- Experience in food products
