Job Summary
Ensure PM entries into software are complete and accurate while utilizing computerized maintenance management systems to keep the department organized. Maintain and insure spare parts inventories and consignment inventories consistent with procedures, and participate in the continual development of maintenance policies and standard operating procedures. Establish work schedules that meet the demands of operating and PM programs, ensuring a clean and organized maintenance area ready for facility tours. Perform other duties as assigned while actively participating in safety and Lean programs. This role requires knowledge of 480 volts, PLC programming, and MHE operation, with a weekly pay of $30.00 plus shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational or Technical certification in related field or 3 years of relevant experience (in lieu of certification)
- Knowledge of 480 volts and pneumatic equipment intermediate
- Working knowledge of computer-based equipment maintenance and parts inventory systems. intermediate
- Demonstrated independent problem-solving capability. intermediate
- Ability to use PLC and HMI Programming software to add form and function to an established program, Allen Bradley, Ignition, and Wonderware
- Understand 24VDC Control systems, photoelectric & proximity sensors intermediate
- Experience with programming/troubleshooting Servo and Stepper motors and related software intermediate
- Ability to troubleshoot/program Bar Code Scanners and other Vision Systems, Specifically Cognex, Datalogic, Keyence, etc. intermediate
- Warehouse Maintenance safety procedures to include but not limited to: Lock Out Tag Out, Fall Restraint, and Forklift/MHE Operational Safety intermediate
- Knowledge of operating MHE to include but not limited to: Forklift, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift, etc. intermediate
- Ability to work independently in a safe manner including working at heights
- Must be available for Sunday- Thursday -3rd Shift 10:00PM - 6:0AM
- Must be able to pass employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned
