Job Summary
Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips and invoices. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery, while picking and staging components for production orders according to daily schedules and bill of materials. Label and store items in designated locations, process receipts and inventory transactions using the ERP system, and assist in inventory counts to maintain accurate records. Operate forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment safely, report discrepancies or hazards, and support loading and unloading of trucks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of aisles, docks, and storage areas, complying with all safety guidelines. Requires 1-2 years of warehouse experience and ERP familiarity; involves frequent standing, lifting up to 75 lbs, and exposure to dust and temperature changes.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to accurately perform receiving, inventory and material handling tasks
- 1-2 Years of warehouse, shipping and receiving experience
- 1-2 Years ERP system experience
- Ability to accurately perform receiving, inventory and material handling tasks
- Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching above shoulder level
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75lbs
- Ability to use a computer, printer, copier, writing utensils, pallet jack, electric forklift and ladder
- Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to comply with safety guidelines, policies and procedures
