Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for unloading inbound containers, accurately receiving and labeling product via Warehouse Management System using handheld RF equipment, and moving product to inventory stock locations. Performs RF/voice-directed picking to fulfill outbound orders, participates in physical inventory counts, maintains a safe and clean work environment, adheres to safety policies, and meets productivity/quality targets. Requires manual dexterity; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to work extended hours including nights (3PM-1:30AM) and holidays; forklift certification within 6 months preferred. Works with pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, RF devices, and voice-pick systems; interacts with supervisor for safety and process improvements. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months of hire; Certified forklift operator preferred.
