Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, shipping, and inventory control of materials in a GMP-compliant environment to support API development, quality control operations, and cGMP manufacturing. Responsibilities include material receipt and inspection, coordinating outbound shipments, internal material distribution, maintaining accurate inventory using internal systems, conducting cycle counts, ensuring proper labeling and storage per GMP/SOPs, supporting GMP material testing and release documentation, and upholding safety and regulatory compliance. Reports to Operations leadership and collaborates with manufacturing, laboratory, and operations teams to maintain organized, safe, and efficient warehouse operations.
