Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •One or more years of prior warehouse experience
• •High School diploma
• •Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds
• •Must be able to frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
• •Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds
• •Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

• •Must be able to correctly measure wire, load wire on machine and operate all machinery in a safe manner that is in compliance with company safety standards
• •Must be able to assist in shipping and receiving material, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise
• •Must be able to match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute to sales associates for processing
• •Must be able to move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to other designated areas
• •Must be able to sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
• •Must be able to file requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials
• •Must be able to distribute items to shipping or other designated areas for route drivers
• •Must be able to ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic
• •Must be able to assemble customer orders from stock
• •Must be able to place orders on pallets or shelves
• •Must be able to relocate orders to a holding area
• •Must be able to mark materials with identifying information using assigned methods
• •Must be able to log materials received or distributed
• •Must be able to assist in counting of physical inventory
• •Must be able to maintain the warehouse facilities to ensure cleanliness
• •Must be able to perform additional assignments per supervisors direction
• •Must be able to work in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday
• •Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
• •Must be able to routinely use standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers
• •Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• •Must be able to work 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m
• •Must be able to work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status
