Job Summary
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of tires and related inventory while ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment. Coordinate with shipping, sales, pickup & delivery, and service departments. Safely operate forklifts and assign tasks to team members to maintain workflow. Assist with inventory counts and promote teamwork to achieve efficiency. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational abilities and good interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and work with a team
- Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs., with or without assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Tire or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus (training available if needed)
