Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and general maintenance of assigned areas. Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments. Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts. Relocate and consolidate material. Prepare and assemble packing lists. Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks. Wesco offers training, development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, insurance options, 401k, and more. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; location in Carol Stream, IL. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment; forklift experience and warehouse operations experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent preferred
- Forklift experience
- 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment, including power equipment
