Job Summary
Maintain branch inventory organization by comparing requisition rosters against received shipments and inspecting physical goods for defects before storage or display. Assist with inventory shipments and transfers while ensuring accurate documentation for stock counts and accounting purposes. Arrange customer orders and create necessary shipping documentation when required. Perform duties in compliance with Federal, State, and company policies, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This role supports Young Supply Company's legacy of reliability as a leading HVACR distributor in the Midwest.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of the requisition process and all its documentation processes and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills
- Perceptive, aware, and safe minded
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a supply chain position
- Experienced in stocking inventory
- Chauffer's License
