Job Summary
Process customer and shop credits, check orders for accuracy, and pull parts according to shop orders while delivering them to the packing area. Receive shipments, verify parts and quantities against system inventory, and place parts on shelves. Prepare freight for delivery by shipper, secure items to pallets, and complete shipping paperwork. Operate a forklift to move parts and materials, assemble hoses as a secondary function, and conduct core inspections as assigned. Fill emergency back orders and deliver to proper locations. Shifts include early morning, day, and night rotations. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour based on education and experience. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Basic familiarity with light industrial equipment including saws, hoisting equipment, and hose presses
- Motor vehicle license
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Basic familiarity with a computer keyboard and computer screens
- Ability to navigate through menus and options
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Heavy work that includes lifting and/or moving objects up to 94 pounds or more
- Ability to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, etc.
