Job Summary
Process customer and shop credits, check orders for accuracy, and pull parts according to customer and shop orders. Perform housekeeping tasks to ensure work areas are clean, receive shipments while verifying parts and quantities, and inventory parts against system records. Move parts and materials with a forklift, assemble hoses as a secondary function, and conduct core inspections as assigned. Prepare freight for delivery by shipper, secure to pallet, and complete shipping paperwork. Call to schedule pick ups and effectively interface with internal and external customers. Fill emergency back orders and deliver to the proper location. Operate a forklift and drive parts to designated locations as needed. Work in a loud environment performing heavy lifting up to 94 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Basic familiarity with light industrial equipment including saws, hoisting equipment, and hose presses
- Motor vehicle license
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
