Job Summary
Receiving and documenting product into SAP, finding locations using SAP or client asset management systems, verifying quantity and correct products, and working with the lab team to pack product and post goods receipts. Follow all Insight policies and procedures while meeting or exceeding individual and departmental metrics. Respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion. This onsite role in Hanover Park, IL supports logistics for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator transforming cloud, data, AI, and cybersecurity solutions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education or equivalent
- at least 6 months of warehouse experience
- knowledge of shipping, warehouse and safety procedures
- some computer experience
- the ability to multitask
- strong organization and time management skills
- the ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion
- This role is fully onsite in our Hanover Park, IL office
