Job Summary
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory for quality and accuracy, then properly store items to facilitate easy access. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch while maintaining precise inventory records through regular physical counts and system updates. Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks, and adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse environment while collaborating with team members and other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction materials sector
- Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and handling procedures
- Certification and experience in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
