Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving and storing inbound shipments, participating in inventory counts, processing incoming and outgoing orders, and ensuring timely picking, packing, and shipping. Operates reach truck, cherry picker, forklift, and pallet jack; inspects products for defects and reports quality issues; maintains organized storage and safe, orderly work area; participates in regular inventory counts and basic equipment maintenance. Requires 2+ years in a warehouse setting, experience with warehouse equipment, PDA scanners, and strong attention to detail; must communicate clearly with coworkers and follow written and oral instructions. On-site position based in Tomball, TX, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Compensation: $17-$19 per hour plus benefits including PTO, holidays, 401k match, and comprehensive insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Experience operating reach truck, cherry picker, and forklift
- Experience utilizing PDA scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to communicate effectively with coworkers
- Able to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to work on-site in Tomball, TX
- Compliance with safety and quality procedures
