Job Summary
General Warehouse Lead responsible for supporting warehouse staff and ensuring customer needs are met. Duties include inventory management, assisting with walk-in customers, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction; coordinating with sales to procure equipment and supplies; processing quotations and maintaining activity records in ERP and CRM systems; checking in materials and matching purchase orders with received items; organizing items on shelves, packing items, labeling, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness; handling customer communications via in-person, email, and phone; assisting in physical inventory counts. Requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, proficiency in MS Outlook/Word/Excel, experience with Enterprise and CRM software, strong communication skills, and a proactive, organized approach.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and disciplined
