Job Summary
Warehouse Associate duties include staging, loading/unloading finished product and raw materials, stocking and maintaining inventory, ensuring products are in proper locations, assisting management with locations, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, cycle counting, inspecting deliveries against packing slips, prepping components for deployment, and operating a forklift to move heavy equipment and components. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with clean record, forklift certification, warehouse experience in the construction rental industry, and ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Strong teamwork and independent problem-solving skills are needed. Employees are encouraged to contribute to safety and accuracy in daily warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift certification
- Experience in construction rental industry (preferred)
- Strong team player with ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly
