Job Summary
Provide service to customers entering the warehouse while maintaining a full understanding of all products by identification, weight, and size. Receive, organize, and move incoming materials, allocate stock to its correct place, and load outgoing materials with precision. Perform minor building maintenance, maintain packing specifications, and make suitable skids or pallets. Participate in monthly and annual physical inventories to ensure an orderly warehouse environment. Follow all safety protocols, OSHA requirements, and proper lifting techniques for tasks involving pushing, pulling, or lifting approximately 100 lbs. Operate forklift or similar equipment occasionally. Attend all required company training programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent work experience and/or training
- Building supply warehouse experience strongly preferred
