Job Summary
Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and inspecting for damage. Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maximize space and maintain orderliness. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and data entry into warehouse management systems. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets and resolve operational issues.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory data
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment
