Job Summary
Process, pack, and ship orders accurately while maintaining inventory levels through daily cycle counts and restocking. Inspect products for damages, sort materials on racks per organizational standards, and operate a sit-down forklift to move items. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to keep the environment clean and orderly. Maintain picking and inspecting accuracy at 99.9% and meet same-day shipping goals. Complete cross-training in two areas within the first year. Work from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm EST.
Required Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification
- Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 40 lbs.
- Ability to work from 11:00 am till 7:30 pm EST
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2-3 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, time management, and mathematical skills
- Dependable and Reliable
- Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
- Strong team player
- Complete cross-training in 2 areas in first year
