Job Summary
Assist with vehicle cleaning, inspection, loading, and unloading while managing parts inventory through receiving, organizing, labeling, and tracking tools and equipment. Maintain accurate inspection and inventory records using internal software systems and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments via UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and vendors. Ensure warehouse and shop areas remain organized, safe, and compliant with internal protocols, occasionally assisting with part deliveries or pickups. Collaborate with operations and warehouse management to complete special projects supporting field technician operations. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a $24-$26 hourly rate with medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or a related logistics or maintenance field
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and maintain clean, accurate records
- Comfort working with tools, parts, and technical systems common to Warehouse environments
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a physically active, warehouse/shop environment
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
