Job Summary
Receive and process incoming goods by verifying shipments against purchase orders and inspecting items for damage. Pack orders timely, maintain stock through organization and retrieval, and safely operate equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts. Keep the warehouse clean and safe by complying with all company, state, and federal policies while performing daily safety inspections. Handle basic computing tasks and standard office equipment as needed. Work in a warehouse environment adapting to seasonal temperature changes and inclement weather, meeting physical requirements such as lifting up to fifty lbs without assistance. No supervisory responsibilities. Background check required; offer contingent on satisfactory results.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs or more without assistance
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, reach, climb ladders, cut wire
- Must be able to perform basic computing tasks
- Must be able to operate and use standard office equipment including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment, adapting to seasonal temperature changes and inclement weather
- Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, push carts, and other equipment as necessary
- Must be able to maintain a clean and safe working environment within the warehouse and comply with all company policies, and other state or federal policies
- Must be able to adhere to all Company safety procedures, including performing daily safety inspections
- Must be able to meet physical requirements
