Warehouse Associate (Swing Shift)

Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accurate documentation and proper storage. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining quality and organization. Organize inventory, shelving, and warehouse spaces to ensure efficiency and safety. Assist with shipping, labeling, staging, and loading outbound orders. Participate in inventory management, including cycle counts and reporting. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by adhering to company policies. This role requires standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching throughout an eight-hour shift, with lifting capabilities up to 70 pounds. Proficiency with handheld electronic devices and barcode scanners is essential. The position is a swing shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, located onsite in Columbia, Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in all tasks
- Ability to assess item condition and quality quickly and make sound decisions
- Proficiency with handheld electronic devices, including barcode scanners
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to assist across multiple warehouse functions
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout an eight-hour shift
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms and use hand-eye coordination
- Must be able to lift and move items weighing 10–25 pounds
- Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 70 pounds
- Must be able to push or pull items weighing up to 150 pounds
- Must be available for swing shift (3:00PM to 11:00 PM)
- Must be available Monday through Friday
- Must be located in Columbia, Missouri
