Job Summary
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping in accordance with company standards while maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and reporting discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, and ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and free from hazards by following all safety protocols. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods. Load and unload trucks as needed to support other warehouse functions. Work Mon-Fri from 7:45am-4:15pm at $17.50 per hour with an opportunity to earn a 3% performance-based annual cash incentive.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math and reading/writing skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
