Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory; verifying incoming shipments; loading/unloading with forklifts and pallet jacks; maintaining clean and safe warehouse and showroom areas; pulling customer orders; assisting showroom counter with walk-in and phone orders; handling cash/credit transactions and documenting them; assisting with inventory management and cycle counts; delivering excellent customer service and product support from warehouse floor to front counter; on-site position in Fond du Lac, WI with typical hours 7:30am–4:30pm CST.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs
- Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling
- Basic computer skills for order and inventory processing
- Strong communication and basic math skills
- Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management
