Job Summary
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of tires and related inventory while safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Work closely with shipping, sales, pickup & delivery, and service departments to maintain workflow and efficiency. Assign tasks to team members as needed, assist with inventory counts and stock organization, and ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Foster teamwork and maintain strong communication with coworkers while performing other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without assistance
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Tire or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Forklift experience a plus (training available if needed)
