Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsibilities include managing incoming/outgoing shipments of tires and inventory, coordinating with shipping, sales, pickup & delivery and service departments, safely operating forklifts and material-handling equipment, assigning tasks to team members to maintain workflow, assisting with inventory counts and stock organization, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse, fostering teamwork and communication, and performing other warehouse-related duties as assigned; requires ability to lift up to 100 lbs, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and pre-employment drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without assistance
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or GED preferred
