Job Summary
Process and load orders, move, stock, and pack outbound merchandise while maintaining inventory levels and counts. Operate warehouse equipment, verify order accuracy, and inspect products for defects. Follow safety regulations and participate in Environmental, Health, Safety, and OSHA initiatives. Troubleshoot tasks flexibly based on order demands and complete daily organizational duties including receiving, shipping, and pulling. Access ERP systems and interpret production schedules to ensure materials are ready. Perform repetitive tasks efficiently in a high-pace cannabis manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3+ years of warehousing experience
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Must be able to drive forklift and organize materials
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
- Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist
- Must be able to complete repeated twisting, grasping, reaching, turning, stooping, and lifting activities throughout shift and for prolonged periods of time
- Must be punctual, stable, reliable, able to follow instructions, and detail-oriented
- Must be efficient and a team player
- Must be able to perform fast repetitive tasks at an efficient and precise level
- Must be able to work in a high pace environment
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed stand up and sit-down forklift experience is a plus
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP system) keyboarding skills preferred
