Job Summary
Receive, store, and move products around the warehouse using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Perform work under the direction of the supervisor, ensuring order accuracy by examining discrepancies and entering product information via hand-held scanners. Contribute to efficient operations through teamwork with co-workers, drivers, and purchasing personnel while adhering to all safety procedures. This overnight shift at 50 Washburn Dr, Kitchener, ON requires moderate physical effort, including lifting up to 50 pounds and operating motor skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) months' related experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability and interest to become certified in the operation of warehouse equipment
- Moderate physical effort and the use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity
- Regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch
- Lift, lower, or carry products up to a maximum of 50 pounds by hand
- Operate warehouse equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklift, cherry picker and pallet jack preferred
