Job Summary
Verify, receive, and put away incoming stock while pulling, packing, staging, and shipping outgoing orders. Operate handheld scanners to track inventory and assist customers with orders and warranty returns. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories, ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Participate in after-hours training and on-call duties as needed, while complying with DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols. This role supports SRS Distribution's national network of roofing distributors with hands-on logistics and customer service excellence.

- Must be able to verify, receive and put away incoming stock
- Must be able to pull, pack, stage and ship outgoing orders and transfers
- Must be able to assist customers with orders, as needed
- Must be able to assist customers in processing returns of warranty items and stock items
- Must be able to operate handheld scanners to receive, move and track inventory in and out of the facility
- Must be able to assist management with inventory accuracy, including cycle count and physical inventory
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness of warehouse and common areas to ensure an orderly and safe work environment
- Must maintain all required certifications required by DOT, OSHA and company safety programs
- Must be able to work cooperatively with others
- Must be able to complete a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year forklift experience preferred
- 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in computer and inventory systems, preferred
