Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of tires and related inventory while coordinating with shipping, sales, pickup & delivery, and service departments. Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, assign tasks to team members, assist with inventory counts, and maintain a clean warehouse environment. Promote teamwork and communication with coworkers, while performing other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and good interpersonal skills are essential, along with the capability to lift heavy tires and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and work with a team
- Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Tire or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
