Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of tires and related inventory, working closely with shipping, sales, pickup & delivery, and service departments. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely, assign tasks to team members, assist with inventory counts and stock organization, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills are required. Forklift experience is beneficial, and training is available. Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize work and delegate tasks when necessary
- Good interpersonal skills to motivate and lead team members
- Ability to lift and move tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Tire or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience a plus
