Job Summary
Perform quality inspections on finished products, safely offload items from conveyor systems and powder coating racks, and sort materials according to production requirements. Transport and stage materials for assembly while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with Quality Control, Powder Coating, and Production teams to ensure efficient workflows. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times, performing additional duties as assigned. This role requires the ability to lift 1-50 lbs frequently and work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull 1-50 lbs. frequently
- Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward frequently
- Sit, stand, and walk for 1-10 hours per day
- Work in a fast-paced industrial environment wearing hearing protection, eye protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothing
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, warehouse associate, material handler, package handler, warehouse packer, or related roles
- Experience as a forklift operator warehouse employee
