Job Summary
Receive and verify merchandise against packing lists, accurately breaking down incoming product to place materials on shelves according to the Inventory Management System. Enter received quantities against purchase orders, attach identifying tags, and assemble orders for production and shipping. Track inventory, report shortages to the sales team, and safely operate all necessary equipment while maintaining cycle counts and proper stock rotation. Contribute to a clean, hazard-free environment and ensure regular attendance. This role supports Something Inked's growth from a single operator to a team of 90+ services ranging from graphic design to screen printing and embroidery, serving major sports leagues, hotels, and over 250,000 churches nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to endure extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift and move boxes of up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand and be in motion at all times
- Flexible enough to walk, twist, bend, stoop, pull, grip and lift merchandise
- Ability to learn Something Inked products
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Maintain regular and punctuality attendance - in good standing
- Perform job functions with consistency and regularity, minimizing quality issues or damages
- Maintain a clean and hazard free work environment by contributing to housekeeping
