Job Summary
Perform inventory transactions using WMS/ERP software to ensure real-time accuracy. Conduct physical counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies. Pick, package, and stage materials for production and outbound shipments. Receive, validate, and document incoming shipments from suppliers. Track materials sent to outsourced finishing services and maintain accurate warehouse organization and labeling. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Support process control through standardized workflows and assist in resolving inventory issues. This role requires experience with inventory control and WMS systems, forklift certification preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations
- Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (E2/JobBoss or similar)
- Understanding of inventory cycle counting and staging best practices
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excel experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable
- Self-directed
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
